Febby Sagita is currently the Managing Partner of SRSP.
Previously he worked at Oentoeng Suria & Partners
(affiliated with Blake Dawson, and later, Ashurst
Australia)(OSP).
Febby Sagita is a member of the firm's admiralty and
shipping practice group. He has advised on and
handled a wide spectrum of both shipping and nonshipping related matters.
He is very well known by the shipping industry and also by
the financial institutions of his involvement in major
shipping projects in Indonesia. His strong relationship with
the Ministry of Transportation authority made him
become informal advisor to the Directorate of Shipping
and Maritime for his opinion in the implementation of the
cabotage principle in Indonesia.
He presently specialises in non-contentious trade and
shipping-related issues, including trade financing, bills of
lading and charter-parties issues, sale & purchase and
financing of ships, contracts for shipbuilding and
financing of new buildings, logistics contracts, port and
terminal services contracts, bunkering contracts, marine
insurances, contracts for sale & purchase of goods and
services, as well as other general corporate matters.
Febby Sagita started practice as an admiralty and
shipping lawyer in 2004. He regularly acts for a wide
range of financiers active in the shipping industry, on
bilateral as well as syndicated loan transactions. His
clients include local banks as well as international banks
active in ship finance and major shipping companies in
Indonesia. He also routinely acts for ship owners in vessels'
acquisition.
Triano A. Ridjab previously worked at OSP.
Prior to the establishment of SRSP, Triano Ridjab assisted
his family businesses in medical equipment industry.
He has advised on and handled a wide spectrum of
both corporate and industrial relations matters.
Triano Ridjab started practice as a lawyer in 2003. He
was a graduate from Parahyangan Catholic University,
Bandung, Indonesia. Later he completed Master of
Laws (LL.M) Program, from the Faculty of Law, the
National University of Singapore, Singapore.
Seema is a skilled corporate lawyer with a long
track record of working for a variety of
businesses.
She has extensive experience in assisting clients
from a wide range of sectors such as
manufacturing, mining, energy and resources,
labor, logistics, advertising, technology,
innovation, digital, media, information services,
event management and business consulting.
Prior to commencing her legal practice in
Indonesia since 2006, Seema practiced in
Karnataka High Court, India for over 6 years.
Seema graduated from Bangalore University.
She was awarded Master of Laws (LLM)
(specialization in Corporate and Securities Law)
by the University of London.
Murizah Tengku Zainal Abidin has over 20 years' experience in general corporate
advisory, commercial and M&A transactions across Asia Pacific. Murizah is also
registered to practice as a lawyer in Malaysia.
Murizah has broad experience in complex, cross border multi-jurisdictional M&A
transactions in Indonesia. Murizah principally acts for global clients in their investments in Indonesia.
Murizah's clients are from multiple jurisdiction and she acts for these clients on
acquisitions, disposals, exits and investments, and day-to-day operations in
Indonesia.
Murizah has worked closely with the international law firms in closing
deals in respect of high-level cross border transactions.
Prior to joining SRSP, Murizah Abidin has worked at
OSP for several years.
While in OSP, Murizah Abidin has been entrusted
to handle several major projects.
Murizah Abidin graduated from University of
Wales, Cardiff and received LLB (Hons). Later, she was awarded Master of
Laws (LLM) (Specialization in Maritime Law) by
University of London.
